General Instructions
Please keep the soft copy of the following documents before starting to fill up the application.
1. Class X Board Certificate.
2. Class XII mark sheets.
3. UG (Certificate + Marksheet).
4. Category certificate (OBC (NCL)/Gen-EWS/SC/ST/PwD/DS. In case of OBC-NCL/Gen-EWS category, the certificate must be issued on or after April 01, 2025 Original certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PwD), if applicable
5. Copy of Passport, VISA (in case of OCI/PIO/NRI/Foreign Nationals)
6. Score card of Entrance Test (GATE/JAM/JEST/CAT) as applicable
7. Proof of payment made at the time of counseling, if any.
8. Photograph.
9. Signature.
10. Copy of Aadhar Card/Any document issued by the Government regarding address proof (if copy of Aadhar is not available)
